5,000 Years of
Sacred Smoke
Long before the Silk Road was dreamed of, the ancient Incense Road stretched north from the Dhofar mountains — carrying frankincense resin across the Arabian Peninsula to the temples of Egypt, Rome, and Persia. For five thousand years, no material was more coveted.
Called luban in Arabic, frankincense burns in the sacred rites of every Abrahamic faith, at the heart of Ayurvedic medicine, and in the daily rituals of Omani homes. It is not a product. It is a living tradition.
Of all frankincense varieties, Omani Hojari stands alone — prized for its exceptional clarity, complex scent, and the purity of its burn. What we source is exactly that. Nothing else.
